I take the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly adhere to the rules of data protection laws. Personal data is only collected on this website to the extent technically necessary. Under no circumstances will the collected data be sold or passed on to third parties for other reasons. The following statement gives you an overview of how I guarantee this protection and what type of data is collected for what purpose. With regard to the terms used, such as “processing” or “person responsible”, I refer to the definitions in Article 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
PROVIDER AND RESPONSIBLE WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE DATA PROTECTION ACT
Robert Bordás M.Sc. , D.O.
With this data protection declaration, users receive information about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of their data by the responsible provider. The Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) form the legal framework for data protection.
CONTACT FORM / EMAIL
If you contact me via the online form or by e-mail, I will save the information you provide in order to be able to answer your inquiry and ask any follow-up questions. Your consent will be obtained for the processing of the data during the sending process and reference will be made to this data protection declaration. Alternatively, you can contact us via the email address provided. In this case, the user’s personal data transmitted with the e-mail will be stored. In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will only be used to process the conversation.
The processing of the personal data from the input mask serves me solely to process the contact or appointment request. If contact is made or an appointment is requested by e-mail, this is also the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of the data. The other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.
COOKIES AND THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO DIRECT ADVERTISING
“Cookies” are small files that are stored on users’ computers. Different information can be stored within the cookies. A cookie is primarily used to store information about a user (or the device on which the cookie is stored) during or after their visit to an online offer. Temporary cookies, or “session cookies” or “transient cookies”, are cookies that are deleted after a user leaves an online offer and closes his browser. In such a cookie, for example, the content of a shopping cart in an online shop or a log-in status can be saved. “Permanent” or “persistent” refers to cookies that remain stored even after the browser is closed. For example, the login status can be saved if users visit it after several days. The interests of the users can also be stored in such a cookie, which are used for range measurement or marketing purposes. As “third-party cookies”, cookies are offered by providers other than the person responsible for operating the online offer (otherwise, if they are only their cookies, they are referred to as “first-party cookies”).
The website can use temporary and permanent cookies and I explain this in my data protection declaration.
If users do not want cookies to be stored on their computer, they are asked to deactivate the corresponding option in their browser’s system settings. Saved cookies can be deleted in the system settings of the browser. The exclusion of cookies can lead to functional restrictions of this online offer.
COLLECTION OF ACCESS DATA AND LOGFILES
My hosting provider collects data on every access to the server on which di
this service is located (so-called server log files). The access data includes the name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider .
COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF DATA BY GOOGLE ANALYTICS
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
This website uses Google Analytics reports on demographic characteristics, which use data from Google’s interest-based advertising and third-party visitor data (e.g. age, gender and interests). This data cannot be traced back to a specific person and can be deactivated at any time via the ad settings.
However, due to the activated IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. However, I would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link . You can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent future collection of your data when you visit this website: Disable Google Analytics.
I would like to point out again that on this website Google Analytics has been expanded to include the anonymization method in order to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).
INCORPORATION OF THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT
I use content or service offers from third-party providers within my online offer based on my legitimate interest (ie interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) in order to increase their content and services, such as videos or fonts (hereinafter uniformly referred to as “content”).
This always presupposes that the third-party providers of this content perceive the IP address of the user, since without the IP address they could not send the content to their browser. The IP address is therefore required for the display of this content. I try to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. Third-party providers can also use so-called pixel tags (invisible graphics, also known as “web beacons”) for statistical or marketing purposes. The “pixel tags” can be used to evaluate information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website. The pseudonymous information can also be stored in cookies on the user’s device and can contain, among other things, technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, visiting times and other information on the use of our online offer, and can also be linked to such information from other sources.
CHANGES OR UPDATES
In addition, as a user, you have the right to correct incorrect data, blocking and deletion of personal data, insofar as there is no legal storage
contrary to legal obligations.
DELETION OF DATA
The data processed by me will be deleted in accordance with Art. 17 and 18 DSGVO or their processing will be restricted. Unless expressly stated in this data protection declaration, the data stored by me will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage requirements. If the data is not deleted because it is required for other and legally permissible purposes, its processing will be restricted. This means that the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example, to data that must be retained for commercial or tax reasons.
According to legal requirements in Germany, storage takes place in particular for 6 years in accordance with Section 257 (1) HGB (books, inventories, opening balance sheets, annual financial statements, commercial letters, accounting documents, etc.) and for 10 years in accordance with Section 147 (1) AO (books, records , management reports, accounting documents, commercial and business letters, documents relevant to taxation, etc.).
Log file information is stored for a maximum of 7 days for security reasons (e.g. to investigate misuse or fraud) and then deleted. Data whose further storage is required for evidence purposes are excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified.
In accordance with the principles of data avoidance and data economy, I only store personal data for as long as is necessary or prescribed by law (statutory storage period). If the purpose of the information collected no longer applies or if the storage period ends, I will block or delete the data.
In order to ensure that my data protection declaration always corresponds to the current legal requirements, I reserve the right to make changes at any time. This also applies in the event that the data protection declaration has to be adjusted due to new or revised services, for example new services. The new data protection declaration will then apply to my offer on your next visit.
I would like to point out that when sending messages via the online form or by e-mail, the data transmission over the Internet is secured and encrypted (SSL).
RIGHT OF PROVIDING INFORMATION
You have the right to information about the data stored about you, its origin and recipient, and the purpose of storage at any time. Upon written request, I will be happy to inform you about the data stored about you.
If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the data protection declaration, please contact me by email at email@example.com or by post to my address: Robert Bordás M.Sc. , D.O.
